Land Acquisition & Development Planning

SITE LOCATION

Site Location Map

Nepal Government has already acquired land for the University in two locations. A total of 216 ropanīs have been secured in Khandbari Municipality 9 (Dhungrī Bisaunā/Murmichāp), along with over 200 ropanīs in Shadanand Municipality 6 (Battar). These locations will serve as key sites for the university's infrastructure and development.

The strategic location in the Himalayan region provides an ideal environment for the study and practice of Ayurveda, with access to rich biodiversity and traditional medicinal plants native to the area.

SITE PLAN

The landscaping design and master plan for the university are currently in progress to ensure a well-structured and sustainable development approach. Additionally, a Detailed Project Report (DPR) will be prepared, which will outline the framework for the construction and further expansion of the university's facilities.
